CONTENT POLICY
Overview
Before you post anything to the Splace Services please read the following content guidelines.
These guidelines refer to all related CONTENT - including posts, images, videos, audio, music, 3D models, comments, text or content of any kind etc.
Please also refer to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct.
Inappropriate Content
Splace prohibits the promotion of inappropriate content for posts including material that is or can be seen as;
Threatening, bullying, violent, gruesome, abusive, shocking, disturbing, offensive, vulgar, obscene, distasteful or profane.
Self-harm or suicide related.
Media of people posted without their consent.
Any other media which captures an illegal act.
Hate speech or advocacy against a protected group, individual, or organization based on, but not limited to, the following: Race, Ethnicity, National origin, Sexual orientation, Gender identity, Religious affiliation, Age, Disability, Medical or genetic condition.
Organizations, groups, or individuals associated with criminal or terrorist-related content.
The above list is not exhaustive.
Prohibited Sexual Content
For the benefit of doubt, the following content is NOT ALLOWED on Splace (note that this list is not exhaustive and we reserve the right to remove any content that we deem inappropriate) ;
Pornographic content - where a post exists solely for the purpose of sexual stimulation. This includes escort services and prostitution, penis enlargement products & services and breast enhancement services, dating sites, mail order bride services, host and hostess clubs.
Non-Consensual Sexual Content. Splace classifies non-consensual sexual acts to include rape, sexual assault, kidnapping for sexual purposes, or sexual slavery.
Sexual Roleplay or Messaging. Splace does not permit sexual messages or solicitation. This includes posting content which encourages sexual private messages, on or off Splace, or posting rules for public or private roleplay that are intended for sexual purposes.
Illegal Sex Acts. In accordance with UK Law, any content which encourages illegal sex acts including, but not limited to, beastiality, paedophilia or necrophilia, is not allowed and will be removed.
Media displaying sexual intercourse, or any other sexual act, regardless of whether private parts are visible.
Media containing full exposure of any private parts, such as genitalia, breasts, and buttocks.
Prohibited Drug Related Content
Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia related posts are not allowed including ;
Illegal drugs, recreational and herbal drugs, accessories associated with drug use, drug dispensaries and depictions of hard drug use.
Prohibited Tobacco Related Content
Tobacco and tobacco accessory related posts are not allowed including:
Tobacco of any kind, cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaping, cigar bars and hookah lounges and tobacco manufacturers.
Prohibited Weapon Related Content
Splace prohibits the promotion of weapons and weapon accessories in posts, including:
Guns of all kinds (Stun, taser, airsoft, air guns, blow, paintball, antique, replica and imitation guns)
Accessories (e.g. gun mounts, grips, magazines and ammunition)
Rental of guns (other than from shooting ranges)
Self Defense weapons - mace, pepper spray or similar
Swords, machetes, and other edged/bladed weapons
Bomb making and explosive suppliers or equipment
Fireworks, flamethrowers and other pyrotechnic devices
Knives of all kinds (Butterfly, fighting, switchblades, disguised and throwing stars).
Spam
Any post that advertises products or services unrelated to, or not sanctioned by Splace is not permitted and will be removed.
