The regular lying cheat Patches can be found in the Murkwater Cave boss arena, look hard for the unmanned camp with an open treasure chest. When yo go to loot it Patches drops in and kicks off. When he drops to about 25% life, he offers to surrender. I won't spoil it on the outcome of whether you kill or spare him regarding what tricks he gets up to as a result of your choice. #EasterEgg #EldenRing #NC #Patches
