Doran Binder Water Sommelier and founder of the award winning bottled water Crag based in Wildboarclough, UK is demonstrating that the pristine waters in the valley in the Pennine hills of Cheshire have qualities beyond their pure taste of the famous drinking water. For 100 days he has been immersing himself in the ice cold Clough Brook opposite the Crag Water HQ to show how the icy water invigorates the body as well as the mind without any need for stimulants or medication.
